This notice explains how East China Talent Education Group Limited, operating MedRelay, uses information when you contact us, request coordination, or share records for an agreed review. It also explains how to contact us about your information.
We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry and, if you choose to proceed, to coordinate the agreed service. The initial enquiry form asks for your name, country or region, care interest, short overview, email address, phone number and preferred contact method. A copy of a new enquiry, including any health information you choose to include, is emailed to designated MedRelay staff at East China Talent Education Group Limited so they can follow up. Please do not upload records in the initial form. We also keep the enquiry in our restricted case system and retain an audit trail of case actions. For access, correction or deletion requests, use our contact form and mark your message as a privacy request.
