Hospital care: specialist review, examinations, treatment, medicines, hospital stay, and related clinical charges.
MedRelay services: the agreed navigation and coordination work.
Travel and daily living: flights, accommodation, local transport, and companion needs.
Additional needs: interpretation beyond the agreed scope, extra nights, repeat visits, and care required if the medical plan changes.

We ask what is included, what remains uncertain, how long the estimate is valid, what deposit is required, and what can change after assessment. Where hospital policy allows, medical fees are paid directly to the hospital.

Use a comparable treatment scope rather than two headline prices. Account for the number of visits, rehabilitation, time away, companion costs, and follow-up. China may offer a financially attractive option for some patients; the decision should be based on the individual total.

You receive the MedRelay service scope and fee in writing. We explain which costs belong to the hospital or another provider, when payments are due, and how changes or cancellations are handled under the relevant terms.

We can help organize questions and documents for the hospital or insurer. Cover, pre-authorization, direct billing, and reimbursement depend on the policy and provider. Do not assume a planned treatment abroad is covered without written confirmation.
